Together our team is working hard to plan the best Excursion possible. The Excursion’s head organizer, the NESU President Teemu, together with the Finnish NESU country representative and organizing support Nea make sure that the big picture planning are running smoothly, and everyone in the team knows what to do. Jasmin is in charge of budgeting the trip, so that we can make it as value as possible for our participants. Meanwhile, Hannes, Henna and Elea from the corporate relations team explore possible sponsorships and set up our company visits.
Viivi, Kia and Viivi of our marketing team handle many facets of the Excursion communication, such as our social media, this website, as well as contacting schools and student unions across the Nordics. During the week they’re also responsible to keep participants aware of the schedule. Last but definitely not least, our Program team’s Kerttu, Otto and Venla are the ones deciding the activities filling the week’s schedule, ranging from sightseeing to parties to chill evenings.
